Remember you’re a tree, It helps me get through the rough days.
Do you feel off center? A little wobbly? Maybe not grounded? Wondering if what you’re doing is going to pay off?
I get it! The panic attack I had recently was real. It shook me to my core and left me feeling doubtful, sad and worrisome.
I spent a full day unproductive, frustrated and finally tapped out for the day.
The thing is the day before I was confident, comfortable and rocking getting ready for our new free gift announcement this week.
It’s amazing how easily it is to go from one high to a new low in just a matter of hours, even moments.
Welcome to midlife and all the hormone shifts that come with it, where the days come flying at you and change from moment to moment.
So what do you do to get out of the funk?
Remember you are moving forward on your journey and that highs and lows are part of the journey?
Me?
I pray, I meditate, I hit my mat.
I remember.
I remember this is MY journey. This is what I agreed to in this life. Some might even say I wanted it. It’s my path.
Does that help?
Sometimes, most of the time, usually.
I put one foot in front of the other. I ask my guides for extra guidance. I ask them to speak louder as they guide me to make sure I hear them.
I remember I’m a tree.
The more I weather the more I flourish.
The deeper my roots grow.
The more my branches rustle in the wind.
The more shade I have to offer others when they need it.
Yesterday I struggled. Who knows what today will bring.
All I know is I’m here.
I’m going to show up again today and hope to inspire you by being here. By being me. By living my journey.
